Our famous, homemade, Italian beef is slow-roasted for four hours, thinly sliced, and tastes best with our homemade, oven-roasted sweet peppers or hot giardiniera peppers. Includes cold gravy. This is pre-cooked Italian beef, ready to heat and serve, packaged in a vacuum-sealed bag. French bread & peppers are sold separately.
